Jordan Francis Perez

ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

In his previous role with Jodi L. Strang, Esquire, Jordan served as a paralegal for over five years. During that time, he played a key role in facilitating numerous high-value real estate transactions across diverse property types. Jordan now brings that extensive experience and institutional knowledge into his role at Strang Tryson, where his deep understanding of real estate transactions—from contract negotiation to closing—continues to benefit the Firm’s clients across a broad range of property-related legal matters.

As a law school student, Jordan gained valuable experience through the Miami-Dade County & Miami-Dade Bar Permit Practicum, a pro bono program connecting law students with individuals facing permitting challenges. There, he worked alongside seasoned attorneys to resolve matters involving permit applications, code enforcement compliance, and regulatory approvals—an experience that honed his problem-solving skills and deepened his understanding of real estate regulations.

“The most reliable way to predict the future is to create it” by Abraham Lincoln

Jordan is an active member of the legal community, with affiliations including the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Section, the Cuban American Bar Association, and the Florida Bar Real Property Section. His professional network extends beyond the legal field, as he is also involved with BNI and Sigma Phi Epsilon.

A graduate of St. Thomas University’s Benjamin L. Crump College of Law, Jordan distinguished himself as a dedicated and high-achieving student, earning a place on the Dean’s List for three semesters and receiving the CALI Award for Excellence in Jurisprudence. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Florida State University, where he was recognized on the Dean’s List for academic achievement.

Guided by his favorite quote, “The most reliable way to predict the future is to create it” by Abraham Lincoln, Jordan approaches every legal challenge with a proactive mindset, ensuring his clients receive the knowledge and advocacy they need to navigate complex real estate matters.
