At Strang Tryson, we are proud to represent clients across Florida’s real estate landscape—resolving complex disputes and protecting their interests in and out of court. We’re pleased to share two recent case wins that highlight our firm’s commitment and results-driven approach.

Broker Commission Victory: $135,500 Recovered

Our firm represented a multi-statereal estate brokerage after a seller refused to pay commission on a multimillion-dollar property sale. We filed suit to recover the commission, and in July 2025, the court granted summary judgment in our client’s favor. The result: a $135,500 recovery for the brokerage.

Condo Association Foreclosure Upheld on Appeal

In a separate matter, Strang Tryson successfully represented a condominium association in a lien foreclosure action against a delinquent unit owner. After prevailing at trial, the unit owner appealed the final judgment in an effort to unwind the foreclosure sale. In July 2025, the Third District Court of Appeal affirmed the trial court’s ruling, securing a final victory for our client and confirming the validity of the foreclosure process.

These outcomes underscore our firm’s deep experience across Florida real estate litigation—from commission disputes to community association enforcement—and our determination to pursue every case with focus, strategy, and resolve.
